Where are the shirts being shipped from?
USA/International orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Buffalo, New York (via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL)
Canadian orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Toronto, Canada (via CANADA POST)
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, all orders going to the United States receive a tracking number in real-time. International orders will receive a tracking number that may only be valid in the United States. Local carriers may continue to use the tracking number provided to update delivery information.
However, for some addresses that cannot be verified through location software, or the use of a P.O. Box or military address (APO/FPO), tracking numbers may not be provided.
Can I customize the color of the shirt for my order?
Yes, we offer a number of different colors that we are able to print on, although some colors in some sizes are limited to availability.
How do I change the color of my order?
It's simple, at checkout you'll have a box where you can directly notify us of any required changes or special instructions for your package. Just make a note of what color you prefer and we'll customize your order. Please note that 5XL and 6XL sizes are very limited in colors other than Black and White.
IMPORTANT: the color of the designs NEVER changes! If you modify the color of your t-shirt the design will always remain the same. This means that white designs will ALWAYS appear white (so if you choose a white shirt with a white design it won’t look good). Black designs will ALWAYS appear black (so if you choose a black shirt with a black design it won’t look good) etc. Please keep this in mind when choosing your preferred shirt colors.
What colors do you offer?
We offer more than 20 different styles of t-shirts, including:
Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White and three styles of ringers, including Black, Navy, and Red.
What method of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
What is the average wait time?
Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed on the same day, but we can't guarantee it. All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order. Once the shirt has been created and shipped out, you will receive tracking information (for orders with the United States and Canada) which will give you an estimated date of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: note processing times can vary, specifically during peak season (November-December).
The average wait times are estimates for each country. Shipments can vary on carriers and holiday schedules:
United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 4-8 business days
Europe (Including UK): 6-10 business days
International Countries: 15-20 business days
How much is shipping?
The cost for standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States is $5.99 (USD). The standard shipping cost is one flat rate. Whether you order one, two, or ten shirts, shipping will only be $5.99. Expedited shipping is available for $7.99 and an additional $2 per item. There is an additional fee for some items such as hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts ($10 per item). Posters are shipped for free in most locations.
The cost of most orders shipped within Canada is $8.49 (CAD). The standard shipping cost is one flat rate. Whether you order one, two, or ten shirts, shipping will only be $6.95. Expedited shipping is available for $10.49 and an additional $2 per item. There is an additional fee for some items such as hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts ($19.99 per item).
International orders vary but will usually cost a little extra.
Do you offer rush shipping?
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, we understand sometimes you need (or want!) your shirt faster than the above noted times. At this time we offer the option to Fast-Track your order. For an additional $2 USD per item, please select the Fast Track option at check out and your order will be processed within one business day.
We use the latest DTG (Direct to Garment) technology, which allows us to print on demand. Since all our shirts are made-to-order, we currently do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We cannot guarantee items will arrive within the estimated delivery dates; items that arrive later than expected cannot be refunded except in extreme cases.
Only orders that are defective upon arrival may be returned at this time. Faulty items include rips, incorrect size, style, extreme color errors by the manufacturer, and incorrect items. If you believe you have received a defective item, don't hesitate to contact us. Please include details of the defect and a picture of the product. In addition, we ask that you notify us of your defective item within fourteen days of receiving your order.
**Please note, designs will be printed in color shown. Therefore, orders made with the same color of shirt and design cannot be refunded. E.g., White design on a white t-shirt.
**The print on shirts may appear different from the image that appears on theshirtfoundry.com.
**Defective items do not include discrepancies with the print, including quality.
**Modified items (shirt color or size changes) may not be returned at this time.
